Chief Executive Officer
Charles, the founder and CEO of Empact Technologies, leverages his 30 years of energy and technology experience to lead the top provider of compliance and risk management solutions for the clean energy sector, combining proprietary SaaS technology and professional services to help projects meet federal and state requirements. Previously, as head of AETI, a NASDAQ-listed company, he pioneered the industry's first 1000V 1MW solar inverter and solar construction and Davis Bacon municipal construction businesses.

Chief Financial Officer
Thanh brings over 20 years of finance leadership experience scaling high-growth SaaS companies across complex and regulated environments. Most recently as CFO at Graylog, he built and scaled the entire back-office function, transforming the company into a leading next-gen SIEM solution with over 35% five-year CAGR. Prior to Graylog, he held senior finance and treasury roles at PROS and Alert Logic, where he drove significant revenue growth and played key roles in M&A and capital funding initiatives.

Chief Technical Officer
Rob Reiner, Empact Technologies' Fractional Chief Technology Officer, leads the Product Management and Engineering teams, leveraging over 30 years of enterprise software experience to drive the company's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap. Previously, he served as CTO at PROS (2016–2022), overseeing product management, development, data science, customer support, and cloud operations, and co-founded ITinvolve in 2011. Earlier in his career, Rob served as CTO at Attachmate/NetIQ and also held senior engineering and leadership roles at BMC Software and Kinesix.

VP Strategy & Partnerships
Alan Cordova, VP of Strategy & Partnerships at Empact Technologies, leads labor and supply chain compliance solutions for the energy sector, working with stakeholders like banks, law firms, and accounting firms to ensure over 19 GW of projects meet the IRA's prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and domestic content requirements. With over 15 years of experience in project development, finance, strategy, and services at firms including EDP Renewables, NRG Energy, Clearway Energy, Fluence, Boston Consulting Group, and Evergreen, he holds a BA from Williams College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

She brings over two decades of experience scaling revenue across clean energy, infrastructure, and enterprise technology businesses, with a track record of building commercial organizations through rapid growth. Trish has built multi-gigawatt commercial pipelines across distributed energy, grid-adjacent infrastructure, and advanced energy platforms.

LaRane Garner, Vice President of People & Talent at Empact Technologies, brings nearly a decade of experience scaling People Operations functions at high-growth B2B SaaS start-ups. Her expertise spans strategic HR, organizational design, culture development, and talent acquisition with a track record of building the people infrastructure that enables companies to grow rapidly without losing their foundation. Prior to Empact, she served as Vice President of People & Culture at Ethico and Senior Director of People Operations at Porter, where she led remote-first people strategies across complex, fast-moving environments.
